Terms of Service
These Terms govern your access to and use of Orbit. By creating an account you agree to them.
1. The service
Orbit provides tools to plan, create, schedule, publish, analyze and automate social media content across supported networks.
2. Accounts & workspaces
You are responsible for your account, your workspaces, and activity under them, including any client accounts you manage.
You must have authorization to manage any social profile you connect.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use Orbit to violate laws, platform policies, or others’ rights, or to publish spam, malware or infringing content.
4. Third-party platforms & AI
Your use of connected networks and any AI providers you configure is subject to their terms. Orbit is not responsible for changes to third-party APIs or availability.
5. Billing & plans
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Agency plans bill per active workspace. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Termination & liability
You may cancel anytime; we may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. The service is provided “as is” and our liability is limited to the amount paid in the prior 12 months, to the extent permitted by law.
