This Privacy Policy explains how Orbit collects, uses and protects information when you use our social media management platform.

1. Information we collect

Account data you provide — name, email, workspace and billing details.

Content you create or schedule, and analytics returned by connected social platforms.

Usage and device data (log data, cookies) to operate and improve the service.

2. How we use information

To provide the service: publishing, scheduling, analytics, autopilot and inbox features.

To bill your plan, provide support, and send service and security notifications.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Connected platforms & your AI providers

When you connect Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and other networks, data is exchanged with them under their own terms and your granted permissions.

If you bring your own AI keys, prompts and content are processed by that provider under their terms — Orbit does not retain that content beyond delivering the feature.

4. Data retention & security

We retain data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations.

We use encryption in transit, access controls and industry-standard safeguards; no method is 100% secure.

5. Your rights

Depending on your region you may access, correct, export or delete your data, and object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.
